"Tromp Through the Swamp" Concert

Those who join us on July 30 at 6:30 PM, are in for a night of music and fun with singer and guitarist Tom Sieling. Tom's concert "Tromp Through the Swamp" is famed for being "Humorous, VERY participatory (sometimes even a bit athletic!) songs that engage the whole family." Registration begins June 9 and all ages are welcome!

If you love mysteries, and enjoy discussing the books you read, then join us on the first Monday of every month at 2:00 PM. We pick one book per month to discuss and then at the end of every meeting we pick a new one to read. You don't have to buy the book we choose, just call the library or come in and sign up. We will then call you when a copy of the book is available. We hope to see you soon!

Every Tuesday night, from 6:30 to 8:00, our group of needlers meet to share patterns, tea, and stories, while working on their individual projects. Anyone who knits, crochets, does needle point, or any other needle requiring craft, is welcome to come over and join us!

Wednesday Morning Fun

All children from toddler age to the sixth grade are welcome to join us on July 14, 21, 28, and August 4, from 10-11 AM, for a time of reading, crafts, and music. Children in preschool-K will meet downstairs for age appropriate fun, and children in 1-6 grade will meet upstairs for age appropriate fun. Since this year's program is "Make A Splash!", all events will have a wonderful water theme woven throughout. For more information or to sign up please call us at 998-4390.

Shakespeare's "Henry the VIII"

On August 18, at 6:00PM, at Cyndi's Dockside, the Ricker Library will bring to you comedian Karen Morgan. Hailed as "The Funniest Lawyer North and South of the Mason-Dixson Line", Karen is licensed to practice law in both Maine and Georgia. However, her comedy focuses more on "the comedy of life" as opposed to trials in the courtroom.
